Great company and customer service, I easily exchanged window sensors that would not fit for our house to motion sensors, love the outdoor cameras and doorbell camera, nice to have an indoor camera as well, plus we have water leak and co2/smoke monitoring, was very easy to install and set up, would highly recommend for peace of mind and protection during these times!!

Amazing customer service! Our panel notified me that it wasn’t connected to the network.. which obviously happens sometimes with anything that connects to a network or wifi. I contacted customer service via the chat option and within a few minutes the agent walked me through reconnecting it.

I've had service with Cove for 2 years and have been very impressed with their customer service. Only had two two issues the whole time. One was equipment related the other a login issue. Was able to fix both quickly and simply with the help of chatbot, chatting with a rep, and a live call after very short wait time. Equipment has been reliable and setup was simple too. No complaints at all.
Quick response to sensor issues
I contacted COVE customer support about two failing door sensors and they responded quickly with suggestions and then when that didn't work have shipped me two new sensors at no charge. Hopefully that will resolve the problem

The Cove Alarm seems simple and easy to use. Mine has not been installed as of yet do to the use of a third party vendor issue as I am having them install the alarm. I just didn’t want to do it myself.

I am giving cove another try
I am giving cove another try. Previously I discontinued service because the panel would not remain connected 24/7 while we were away. After 3 days it would start failing to remain connected with the monitoring station. This would happen several times during our absence from home. I hope the service has improved. We will see.
I spoke with Xavier when restarting service. He was very helpful in restarting my service.
I received a call from cove customer service. Kamden the caller was very interested in my issues and has assured me that, if in the future there is any problem with any aspect of our monitored alarm system it will be resolved. That call was very much appreciated. At present I will up my approval of Cove to 5 stars. If they do as promised they will keep that outstanding rating with me.
