Choosing a security company for our remote mountain cabin seemed to be an expensive proposition. Quotes on installation and monitoring were like buying insurance, costly. Cove was one of a few new way of thinking security companies though. The cost was substantially lower. The equipment arrived and was easy to install, Set up was a breeze with a bit of help from a great phone technician who guided me through the process. I was up and running in under an hour. Every move we made testing the system was reported to my cell phone also. I can highly recommend this company.

Placed order online and then realized that I had rewards dollars. In the chat the rep was able to cancel my order and replace the order for me using the rewards dollars..so my cost went from $104 to $9. Love cove no plans on changing anytime soon.

Upon setup I had questions due to a unique situation, and the customer service agent listened patiently and carefully, and walked me through the steps, even waiting for me to place the sensors to make sure everything was right. When I first called I didn’t wait even a minute to talk to a fully qualified human, a refreshing experience in today’s world. Expectations met and exceeded. Bravo Cove.
