I will reserve judgement on this purchase. Already I have had to replace a bad sensor. Also, I like to arm the system in "away" at night for personal reasons. Now I'm finding out that you have to open and close a door while arming for "away." Our old Monitronics system was not like this. I will get used to this, but I'm not pleased with it. I chose Cove because of your Customer Service. I have already used it twice and am very pleased with Jefferson and whoever my wife talked to. Give them a pat on the back for us!

We have owned our caravan for three…

We have owned our caravan for three years now. And from the minute we purchased our van The sales team provided us with exactly what we needed Nigel and Lucy have gone above and beyond to make sure my family gets the best experience from the park. Since Cove have taken over The park it has gone from strength to strength i’ve read a lot of reviews from previous holidays/owners and can honestly say this is not a correct reflection of the park. i have a young family and was the best decision I ever made to become an owner. Our children are constantly entertained whether it is planned entertainment in the white horse or west sands or enjoying the Lido. all of the facilities are amazingly clean all events are well planned and organised. We feel very relaxed and safe due to security officers which are constantly patrolling the park. We have had some of our best nights spent in the Viking The manager Steve Who takes his time to get to know regulars and accommodate everyone which in turn gives a brilliant atmosphere to enjoy your evening including. Dan, Aaron, abbie, Ellie. Our favourite place to eat is the Lido The food is excellent always hot always presented beautifully The staff are friendly just a really well run environment and I believe this is because of Becca making sure that everybody is satisfied with their food and drinks. My overall experience with the park is excellent we have made so many new friends I couldn’t imagine not being an owner. So thanks everyone keep up the good work. Rich🙂

While the shipment of my system was delayed, Jefferson was really helpful in providing me with the shipping information so that I can see all steps in the shipping process.

Good customer service.

First day of installation. I had a bit of a hiccup, didn't understand why the control panel kept telling me to check sensors. Call center fix the issue with 1 sensor. Unfortunately after arming the system on it went off because of that sensor about 10 minutes later. No biggie. I got on chat with Grace and she sent me a replacement without any hassle.
