It was as easy as the videos on…
It was as easy as the videos on YouTube. Several windows and doors took less than 2 hours. Even with a small problem of a sensor not being placed right on my part. The Tech Support from Cove walked me through the problem and it was, easily, corrected, then made sure the monitoring was working. A certificate of coverage arrived in seconds in my email. The panel was easy to figure out to stop chimes, voice commands and, temporarily override sensors. The key fobs worked easily. So far so good and am happy that I was able to catch a 50% off deal for equipment so I could cover so many windows that have not been protected.

Great Customer Service
I unfortunately had to call customer service twice for my issues. I was a bit agitated because I could not use my doorbell camera I purchased. I came off a bit abrasive initially but Jan Isaiah kept his composure and helpfulness. His tone NEVER changed. His customer service skills were 100% exemplary even with our language barrier. He happily repeated everything that I could not quite understand. I praised him for a job well done.

Needed help testing the medical pendant
Needed help testing the medical pendant. Could not remember the pass code and was assisted with that. Walked me though how to test medical pendant. Was very patient and answered all my questions/concerns. Very happy with the service!

Made a good choice
One of my cameras went off line so customer service walked me through to put camera on line. I was a little slow following directions but she was patient with me and talked to me until we had success. Love my COVE!

I had some issues installing the door…
I had some issues installing the door alarms so, I called cove customer support and I have to say your customer support people are the best! The first time I spoke with Alvin and he was the most patient and helpful I can’t tell you how great that makes me feel. The second time I spoke with Adrian and she also was the greatest customer person and very delightful. Thank you for having the best customer support, I can’t say enough on how great your employees are and keep the good work and please let Alvin and Adrian know on a great job and thank them for me. Highly recommend
Easy to order the kami doorbell but it doesn't work with the cove app. Which is annoying. That should have been disclosed when ordering it.. original review was 3/5 stars. After leaving the above review a lovely representative reached out to me to help. She called me and when I told her it wasn't a good time she emailed me her contact info so I could reach out at a more convenient time. She was patient with my frustration and very kind. I was able to get everything paired easily after speaking with her only one time! I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with cove customer service. They could have just accepted a three star review and moved on, but instead they reached out to me to make sure that I had all the information and tools I needed to get the most from the system. I highly recommend them for security. They are quick to respond if there is any security risk, which is what is expected, but beyond that they seem to truly care about each person's experience and they want to make sure that we have the best customer service experience. 15/10 highly recommend.

I called technical support with an…
I called technical support with an issue I was having with my installation. He had me go around to each sensor and Trigger each one. As I was doing this I received phone calls from unknown numbers that I didn't answer because I was in the middle of this test and still on the phone with technical support. When I got off the phone with technical support I had a voicemail saying that my alarm had been triggered and the authorities were being notified. It would have been nice if the cove departments communicated with each other so that it could be seen that I was testing my system so that the police did not have to be bothered, especially since I only get so many false alarms before I have to pay the city

Cove has been amazing from the start
Cove has been amazing from the start. Along the road I had an issue with my doorbell video feed and one sensor, after couple minutes chatting they were able to help fix the issue rapidly, with any waitime, very quick and efective to respond and troubleshoot, I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family, a must have!!!!

Very helpful in helping me reset my password and allowing me to order a key fob. The password was for my on line account and the ordering of more components. Thanks for helping me. Can be confusing to have two different passwords. 8# for online and the 4# one for the panel
