Ms. Dimple and COVE support is awesome
Ms. Dimple helped me coordinate the account details on the nine COVE accounts we have. She was awesome!
Once she looked at a few of the accounts to set up emergency contacts (I got an error doing that online), she helped review all of the accounts were setup 'the same' and fixed some inconsistencies. This allowed me to setup all of the properties on my phone app - very important if you wish to see sensor status and event log.
The Cove phone app and website is very helpful with one account but a bit less helpful when you have several accounts. Making the account configurations 'the same' made the website experience better.
Ms. Dimple is my favorite person all day. It is not always the case that spending a hour and a half on the phone with support is enjoyable, but my hour and a half with Ms. Dimple was the best part of my day.
Cove security customer service are…
Cove security customer service are people who I can deal with on a regular basis. I have NOT had to use them very often which is good BUT the few times I have they always seem to answer my questions and make sure I hung up with all my questions answered! I never get the run around with them. I am pleased with their home service and customer service. I have had Cove for over 2 years and I'm pleased! One happy customer! Don't plan on leaving anytime soon!!!! 😁

Forgotten password help!
I was able to set up my system easily. I did need some help with a forgotten verbal password and used the chat feature within the app. Lloyd was extremely helpful and efficient, got the problem resolved quickly. Thanks!
Great customer service!
I had to return my system.. Not that there was anything wrong with it. I did the research and the system is awesome. It's just that the house we were going to purchase fell thru.. Cove customer service is great. If we do get to purchase a house down the road we are definitely going to get a Cove system.. Things are uncertain right now and I didn't want to hang on to something I may not use for a while.

Easy Setup and Great Price
We’ve had cove for almost a year and have been really pleased with it. It arrived quickly and I set up everything by myself in just an hour or two (we have a lot of windows). Customer service has generally been very helpful. It doesn’t have all the flare and features of some competitors, but it is amazing for the price and all we really need.

The system was very easy to setup. Everything came pre-programmed. However, to arm and disarm the system by phone app, you'll need the premium service. Most importantly, the online chat service is very nice and prompt.

Easy installation
Installation was easy for most of the sensors. I called after 10PM for help finishing up, and the customer service representative was very helpful; and, she also helped me set up the phone app.
