After reviewing a few home safety and security systems, Cove met my expectations. The Care and Lead Team are pretty close to a five (5) star, helped with install, delivery and even basic navigation. Added bonus, medical and motion sensors especially the medical when elder family come to stay. What an overall peace of mind.

Although I received my system today It did not work, My first representative was ready to cancel my account which they asked me to go buy a special screw driver and I said just cancel my account but I called back and the second customer service representative went above and beyond to save the account help fix the issue with the equipment and was very helpful and professional I would be very proud to have him representing your company

I love the security system I have from Cove! Works great, is easy to install, and the monitoring service is johnny on the spot when any alarm goes off. Especially when you wake up in the morning, forget to turn the system off, and open the front door. OOPS! LOL

We have had our cove system for almost a year. We love love love it. Easy to use. Easy set up. Customer service has been super awesome when I’ve had questions. My entire family owns one now. I obviously would recommend this product to anyone.

I just installed Cove in my house. Very easy setup and process. The pictures on the tablet help but be sure to also look at the user manual so you set up sensors in proper places. I needed help accessing the app and Customer Support is very fast and extremely helpful. Thanks Belter!

I have had others security systems including SimpliSafe but Cove is the system I prefer. Cost wise and support also is my preferred provider! Highly recommend.
