I was moving from another security company that I've been with for over 10 years. I tried another DIY security (very well known) but had problems with multiple sensors in a detached garage. I returned the system to them. Began looking again and found COVE. Great pricing and prompt service. Had a couple of problems with sensors but they seemed to work themselves out. Customer support is located in the Philippines, but overall their understanding of English is at an acceptable level. Their sensors use a different frequency band than the old 319 MHz which provides a better connection to the control panel.

The outdoor camera should not be put directly in the rain. The tech said it is water resistant not waterproof. It malfunctioned but they replaced it free.

My Cove panel stopped working after hurricane Ian hit. First time contacting support and the agent who helped me by the name of Dimple helped me with ease. Issue resolved and new one coming in. Thus company overall is affordable and great. I highly recommend if on a budget and the support is still amazing.
