I called to cancel a purchase made yesterday hoping to stop the shipping process. The rep I spoke with was very courteous, professional and informative. She explained that the package was on its way and provided me with the tracking number. She further explained the steps required to return the package after receipt.

Cove saved my family last night
Cove saved my family last night. I’ve had Cove for about 8 months and just last night someone tried to open my back window. Cove detected someone trying to open it at 4am and set off the alarm and the crook ran away. So thankful i had this in place. The customer service reps and excellent. Friendly and efficient.

I have made an early excellent review today for Cove also based on my over ten years experience of two home security companies. I found that people here complaining Verizon cell connection. I had had the same connection trouble with Cove at the beginning during the panel set up. But immediately I called their office. Their representative went patiently in details with me to reconnect the system and the sensors installation. That was very helpful.
Doing one's homework.
I got on line and researched every website that reviewed security alarm systems. For those self installed systems, Cove was always rated as one of the best. I have done that type research with most major products I have ordered. Takes a little homework, bur I find it is worth the effort. Ordering my system on line was simple and painless. Being a senior, it needs to be simple and painless. What more can I say?

Visited Inveruglas a number of times…
Visited Inveruglas a number of times now with our touring van. Wonderful site, friends and helpful staff and facilities spot on. Putting a big twin axle onto the end bays does need them reversed in from the drive. Quiet with stunning views. Satellite hook up worked great, and good 4G phone coverage too. Oh and if your want an amazing meal out the Drovers In. 15mins north is a must.
I switched to use Cove service from…
I switched to use Cove service from another home security company which had cost me the same monthly fee but I didn’t feel confident and reliable with their app and service after using for four years. It was easy to set up including indoor/outdoor cameras and doorbell. Its app is convenient and friendly to handle. I self-installed everything though I would say I am not really a handy man. Now I still wait for the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors to arrive due to unavailability of stock. As a whole, so far we feel very satisfied with the app/service (including their phone assistance for my installation questions and follow up service) of Cove.

I didn’t actually try Cove’s service because I happened to get a big discount from my current provider. Given this, I thought returning the equipment Cove had sent me and getting my money back would be annoying, or that Cove would try to make it difficult for me to back out. However, the customer representative was extremely friendly and their service was excellent. Even their question of why I was deciding to back out was asked so politely and gently, it was almost as if they didn't want to intrude on my personal circumstances.
Although I’m not a customer of Cove at this moment, they’re at the top of my list to revisit when I’m back in the market for a new security service. Thank you Cove!

Setting up the system was very easy!
Setting up the system was very easy and installing the hardwired doorbell was too. Customer Support was very helpful when I called. Everyone has been friendly and helpful - the doorbell app is easy to connect to. I haven’t downloaded the Cove app yet, but that’s next. The included User Manual is very detailed which I appreciate!

Update: after my previous issue a supervisor reached out to me. She was extremely kind and helpful. My order arrived two days after we spoke. Since setting it up we’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! The customers service team has been amazing.
