I am so far thoroughly impressed with Cove! I have been researching security companies for awhile and what I want to say stands out the most about Cove & anyone looking into a system would most definitely agree, they are totally transparent! You can shop online and get all the info you need to make a sound decision. I mean you can use their chat feature, as I did at first. I had so many questions after purchasing a complete new system the other day, so I picked up the phone today & just called. I had the privilege of speaking to LEGO and what a super helpful person! I mean I had more than a couple questions & they were all addressed and I was more than happy with the outcome. I have been an Xfinity/Comcast customer forever & I just cannot deal with them anymore. I won’t go into any details but wow what a breathe of fresh air speaking with LEGO! In the future I will not hesitate one bit to just pick up the phone & call COVE it was literally that easy and 1000% a great experience! I will certainly be telling all of my family & friends about this new service I’ve found. I haven’t even received my kit yet & I’m so excited to get started!!! I really cannot say one negative thing, I’m so thrilled that I went with COVE!!!

all things new........... I called with regard to our security system - I needed to change the battery on my smoke/co2 detector and clear messages on the system. I needed help with the master code because it was information not readily shared with me in the past. The young lady that helped me was absolutely spectacular! She got me the access I needed, and helped me update the account so I can keep informed. She also walked me through replacing the batteries - win win!
