I've had Cove for four years now. Easy to install, easy to manage. I've only had to call customer service twice in those four years, both times for assistance with the online store. Have I tripped the alarm in error? Yes. Each time Cove called to check on me, the reps have been polite, knowledgeable and understanding. I've never had a bad experiencee with Cove and I have complete confidence in their system!

I Recommend Cove!
I have had Cove security for a year now. I am now moving to a new home and am adding more window sensors and a glass break monitor to my system. The equipment credit that one accumulates each month with Cove came in handy for this purchase. I highly recommend this system and the monitoring system.

Ist try with customer service a disaster, 2nd try PERFECT!
Originally I contacted customer service about a faulty smoke alarm that gave false alarms. The first agent I spoke with, was terrible. (Customer service is in Philippines) Told me I had to wait for at least 3 false alarms (I had two) before they would consider replacing the smoke alarm. (This I was told by his supervisor this is NOT their policy!) I told him that waiting was not an option since it was a fire/smoke alarm and waiting could be costly as well as possibly deadly... I asked to speak to his superior, and initially he refused to try and connect me, telling me that talking with his superior would not change the company policy and heavily resisted connecting me to his supervisor. Eventually he told me that a his superior would call back, first within 24 hours and when I objected, within 2 hours. Could not find telephone number for customer service in the US. Finally got a customer rep MARIAN (still in Philippines) via text chat who was incredible helpful, recognized that this was a serious situation, and said she would sent out a replacement smoke / fire detector immediately. She sent me a return UPS lable and address to my email. Today I got a follow up call from her supervisor who was incredibly professional and made sure everything was taken care of. The replacement smoke detector also arrived today, only one day later! Couidn't ask for more professional response!!!! I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars because of the incredible follow up from customer service!

Very courteous service person. Limited jargon. Some people talk way to fast. This person talked at a reasonable rate and maintained her volume instead of dropping off at the end of sentences. I say she is definitely a keeper.

Cove service is amazing. Everyone and customer service is eager and willing to help and is so kind on the phone. Through the years I have tried every security system and by far Cove is the most reliable, best customer service and best prices hands-down!

Quick response with technical support
Quick response with technical support, no waiting on the phone for someone to answer, easy fix for my problem support knew exactly how to resolve the issue so techs are well trained. The app works great, responsive with alarms, people are friendly. No contracts and half the price of other companies. Love the system!

A+ install and assistance
The system arrived quickly and all monitors were pre-programmed for me. I just plugged the system in and attached all the monitors and tested the system. Everything went smoothly. I called customer service for assistance and they were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Well done Pia and Jessyl! You saved a customer
Edit 6/20/2023 I wish to add to my review. I was ready to box the system up and return it, however, I was so lucky to get a fantastic customer service representative by the name of Pia. She made all the difference and turned everything around. She was able to determine why the firmware wouldn't update and got it to go through. She would call and email daily to see if the issues were getting resolved. She was able to determine a door sensor was defective and if it didn't work to contact them. I called yesterday morning and got a different agent , but because of the great notes Pia had put in my account, he put an order in for a new door sensor and told me I would receive it within 3 to 5 business days. To my shock and pleasure, I received the sensor today! Everything is working correctly. Because of the challenges, Pia's supervisor, Jessyl credited my equipment account $25 and extended the one month free monitoring to 2 months. Well done Cove customer service. You saved a customer and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you Pia and Jessyl. Received system on 6/1 and installed 6/2. All sensors went offline at 4:26 am. Called support. Told the battery went bad. Explained that 12 batteries didn't die at exactly the same time. Had me delete a sensor, remove battery for 30 sec, then try to add back. Wouldn't trigger. Customer service told me panel needed firmware update. After 6 calls the update hasn't happened yet. Finally got the system to accept the sensors. Alarm set last night. Basement door sensor dropped and became unresponsive. Deleted, took battery out, took 15 tries to get the sensor added.

Easy to install just works
The cove stop worked very well. Pretty much out of the box just works. You cannot yet put unique custom labels on the sensors but that's not a showstopper. I hope they address that. The doorbell from EUFI was very frustrating. I trust that they will get it integrated properly soon

Customer service helped troubleshoot the problem and sent out the necessary hardware to fix it. I’ve had Cove for three years now and would highly recommend it not only for the excellent customer service but the ability to easily customization the system.

I should have signed up with cove long ago
First and foremost I was so impressed with how easy it was to install it. They Keypad literally walks you through it. Second the cost! I pay half of what i was paying with ADT and getting more than I was getting with them. I have tested a few times to see how long it would take to get a response in case of emergency. and I was impressed. But the number one problem I had with ADT was the customer service. I have called Cove customer service twice and both times the rep was professional, courteous, and efficient! I think I made a great choice! The rep today did not try to blow me off or give me wrong information. She gave me the info i needed and was quick.
