My first impressions: outstanding customer service
I am very impressed with the pricing and the customer service. Yesterday, to assist with the initial setup, I spoke to Ed (no survey was received after my call with him) and just now with Yumi, as I was having a problem installing a sensor on the patio door and also wanted advice on the position of a motion detector. Both Ed and Yumi were EXCELLENT, and both were very patient as I am a little on the slow side!!

I had just got my new Cove security…
I had just got my new Cove security system, and one of the sensors was not working. I was able to get a new sensor for free, and that was really nice.
Issues quickly resolved!
The representative was quick to resolve my issue. Waiting on some replacement equipment and have my system up and running 100%! I have had Cove for 5 yrs and have been very pleased with the system. It is very easy to get help with questions or concerns.
