This customer service is excellent he do care he need a promotion cause I was very frustrated. I called several time for the help and keep explaining the parts that I need with all the other customer service who didn’t give a damn try though they tried the best, but they didn’t help me. This man is the best and I’m not exaggerating. He listened to my frustration. He ended up telling me what to do how to do it show me the video. He emailed me the video twice and I understand exactly how to put the parts together. I mean this guy was excellent. He wasn’t frustrated with me being frustrated. He listened to me. He listened to me if y’all don’t get his man a promotion or raise is something wrong with the company because I’m telling you this man here is wonderful from the Lorraine Phillips

Representative was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me well over several hours. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve connection issues with Cove app that did get cameras, doorbell installed on manufacturers app. I am following up tomorrow about getting all devices transferred to Cove.
