Great system!
The system works really well. The support is fantastic. The app can be a bit clumsy in places, but compared to other similar systems Cove is better. It excells at supporting many users.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I was ready to cancel my account after 6-years and have been utterly frustration over the past year with your security system and service. BUT, tonight your representative changed my mind and even got me to upgrade to a new system and walked me through how to use the mobile app.
The frustration I’ve experienced over these past 12-mos. has been unsettling for me and it would be for any customer. Leaving your home unsecured daily, false alarms, police visits, etc. is more than anyone should bear. It’s been like paying Russian roulette. However, the patient, time, understanding and professionalism your representative displayed today was remarkable; including, staying on the phone with me until we got down to the root cause of the problem. She went above and beyond and made me feel better after I had 3-police offers come to my house last night because of my faulty/false alarm system. It’s 6-years old now including the sensors. The replacement panel was shipped with no instructions, only with the parts wrapped in bubble wrap inside a white envelope with no directions or return label for shipping back the old equipment. Your customer service rep. was on the phone with me for almost 3-hours today…that’s priceless!!!

I recently relocated to a new residential address. The COVE agent Paul provided great support with assisting me to set up the COVE security system in my new home. Paul was very helpful and patient while we tested all my motions sensors to verify that they were working properly. When it was discovered that one of the motion sensors wasn't working properly after performing multiple tests, Paul had a replacement shipped to me with no additional charge. This was a great support experience.

Installation was simple and easy, and use of the system is super easy as well. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I am happy with the system.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service so far. I placed my order on 7/3, and as of now, it hasn't even shipped—let alone arrived. For something security-related, this kind of delay is unacceptable.
Customer service has been unhelpful, offering no real explanation or resolution beyond telling me to "just wait." That's frustrating and concerning.
I'm open to updating this review if and when my items ship and arrive, but at this point, the rest of the experience would need to be exceptional to make up for this poor start.

The Technician on the phone gave me time to explain my problem. And then corrected the problem. And to top it off he explained and showed me how I could correct the problem. I learned a lot from a very helpful guy.
