I expressed my concerns and the technician was able to fix all of my issues. I was having without having to send me new equipment. Turns out I needed magnet spacers for aluminum doors, which I did not know! Overall, she was super knowledgeable and able to fix my issues.

On 7/30 I was contacted by Cove Security in follow up to my previous review Cove was concerned with my complaints and wanted to rectify any issues I may have been having - customer satisfaction was their goal While the install issues I had were resolved prior to speaking with Lyn yesterday, I was genuinely pleased with knowing Cove made several efforts to reach me to resolve my issues and discuss any concerns Lyn, was patient and offered her contact info if I have any further issues/concerns. The technician who came by knew his job. We had to contact the Internet provider and he asked them for the information needed to reset our system correctly. Too much technical information for me. He did a great job and was extremely friendly and patient.

I had an issue with our local cellular provider - the panel indicated we were off-line. It had a number to call for Cove support. It talked to an actual person who took me thru a reset. Got our cellular link back in a matter of minutes. These guys got it going on!
