Cove has excellent customer service!

Cove has excellent customer service. It takes less than 1 minute for you to listen to the menu to choose which area of help you need to have a customer service person on the phone to help you and answer your questions. I have had my Cove security system for nearly 3 years now. I am completely satisfied with the company and the service and I plan to stay with them forever.

Excellent professional customer support from Covesmart staff

I am very pleased by the customer support and service I received yesterday at yet another very successful installation of 5 doors, 4 windows, 3 motion sensors, 1 leak, 2 panic, 1 keyfob, hub, and keypad. I have completed my 6th covesmart alarm installation and this one was by far the best. When I encountered issues with a sensor, or smartphone app, I received professional courteous support from Kiana and Flora. Afterwards, Kiana followed up on her promise to provide my customer many articles and video links so they can benefit from the many features. She also provided me extension instructions so I can install the new doorbell camera when it arrives. Timely, professional support from customer service & technical support is key to a company's growth and success. Covesmart is right there on top of my recommendations to future customers seeking a cost effective, comprehensive security system. John Lorens

Very Pleased with Cove

Cove is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

I started off with the Cove legacy…

I started off with the Cove legacy (simple) system, which I was happy with but wasn't capable of multiple panels which I wanted. When they came out with the "new" hub system, which has option for multiple panels, I switched over to it. Setup was simple with both systems. Adding new sensors is not as simple as it can't be done through the panel (I was taking my existing sensors off the old system and moving over to the new system). I called tech support and they were very helpful, spent 38 minutes with me and moved all the sensors over on their end, though I found out you can do it yourself through the new app (but you will need the serial #'s of each sensor). Overall I am very happy with the new hub system, though there are some features/settings on the "old" system which are not available on the new hub system, such as the ability to include certain motion sensors in the "stay/night" mode or the ability to edit the entry delay time for individual sensors. Though for lack of those features, I still like the new system better. Cove itself has provided great service. Of the 4-5 times I've called, there is always a quick response and they are very cordial and helpful.

Set-Up was easy, and quick ! And, both my Confirmation Call from the Cove Monitoring Station, and my Follow-Up Call to Customer Support went just as well.

A great interaction with customer service!!

I made the call to customer service to change to our new credit card for monthly billing. The service rep I spoke with was ,fast, friendly and very capable! I then followed with a few questions on the new Cove system. My rep gave me a nice overview of the new system and the advantages of the new outdoor camera. He was very knowledgeable and easy to converse with. You have an excellent employee!!
