When we were installing the system, we called Cove customer service at least 5 times. They always answered right away and then followed up every question with an email full of information and help for us. Outstanding customer service! We turned on our alarm for the first time last night, so easy and we felt so safe!

Minimal, affordable & simple. Those are the 3 takeaways that I’ve enjoyed about Cove Smart. I love the minimalist approach with the whole setup, especially the panel. The systems are also very affordable which is a huge plus in this day and age! And last, simplicity, the system is so easy to unbox, install & setup. I’m definitely happy with my Cove Smart Security System!

The app and customer portal are limited in function and ate not user friendly, I had to call in to correct an address. I called in twice and the first person was helpful but the second one wasn’t and they reversed a purchase that was made with credits and then made it with my debit card after I explicitly said to use the credits. Would give one star but the second one is for the call I got after testing my motion sensor.
7/26/23 Cove called me and resolved the issues within 24 hours and took note of my issues with the app and mobile site. They are responsive which is what matters most.
