I can always count on Cove to solve any…

I can always count on Cove to solve any problem and to protect my home. Customer service is always outstanding! In the evening several years ago, the flood alarm sounded at about 9:00 p.m. Since the flood alarm is in our downstairs utility room, I went running down to see what the problem was. Halfway down the stairs, my cellphone (that I’d left upstairs) began to ring. With the deafening alarm sounding O ran back upstairs to grab my phone. I answered and an agent from Cove was calling. I answered while the alarm was sounding and tried to talk to them. They were patient while I retrieved the flood sensor and dried it off. I still had to run back upstairs with the alarm still blaring to turn the alarm off on my control panel. Finally I was able to confirm with Cove that we had the situation in hand. I discovered that our septic tank had backed up into the utility room, and I was able to contain the spillage with some old rugs and rags. We dug up the cover of our septic tank to discover a blockage that we were able to clear (at 9:30 p.m.). Thanks to my Covesmart System we averted a disgusting and potentially catastrophic outcome because of the early warning. Cove is always spot on with service, and I appreciate the ability to add more sensors for free using our reward points. Thanks, Cove!

Everything about the experience so far is amazing. I was looking for an affordable security system that was different from ADT. I found a few but went with cove because it had good options for customization and the price was good. Cove shipped it fast and free, with a good shipping company. The set up was a breeze and customer support was incredible. They were friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on.

THIS SYSTEM WORKS

Cove is an amazing system that gives us piece of mind. We get discounted homeowner's insurance, our dog is protected as Fire and Police will be called and have been called- (false alarm caused by door blowing open and our back up family member was diving when called and our phones were on silent-holy smokes!!! Yet the system WORKS!!! Appreciate the sense of calm this system gives us. Also tech support is always there if needed- just got off the phone and they helped with a battery change after 3 years of use. AMAZING

Follow Up

I was following up on an update to our control panel programing which was out of date. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. After 15 days I called customer support they apologized for the delay and confirmed it was delivered to our doorstep 15 min before my call.

Sea view Lodge, Sea Bay, Selsey

Booked the sea view Lodge which is directly on the Beach. Amazing views over the ocean and you can see the Isle of Wight. The lodge is located away from the swimming pool, Arcades and bars so very quiet but only a couple of mins walk if you fancy them. The lodge itself was very clean and presented beautifully, decor is spot on. Everything we needed was here, including an Iron, and a bottle opener, phew. There was also a welcome gift basket and bottle of Prosecco, which didn't last long I'm happy to report. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more, there is also the HUGE BONUS of a utility room where you can wash all your clothes, we made the most of that, very handy. My son who is 8 had a great time, he was happy with exploring the finds on the beach everyday and night walks, however he really enjoyed the Arcades to. We will absolutely go again, my son and I did not want to leave. We booked directly with C S Holiday lets.
