I had a problem with loosing my job. The Cove representative was very efficient in helping me solve my financial issues.

Amazing Customer Service Experience

I had a minor issue. But the customer service representative that assisted me went out of her way to stay with me on the phone until I had the issue taken care of. I would have had to sleep in my car overnight if she didn't stay with me on the phone to walk me through steps so I could get my roommates to unlock the bolt lock without setting the alarm for police to come knocking on my door. So thank you for that.

The customer service of Cove makes Top 3 in my list, among other notables like First Republic Bank, etc. I always get solid support whenever I call. Their online portal to self-manage is easy to use. The main console is made for dummies, which is nice for non-tech savvy guy like me.

Installation was a breeze

Installation was a breeze. Had one window sensor not working properly and support took care of it. It took more time installing the sensors than setting up system. I just installed it today so I can’t really say how well it WILL work but as of now it’s great and easy to use. Support is fantastic. They answered the phone every time I called. So far I highly recommend Cove!

FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address. System was easy to install, had a couple problems but they fixed the problems. Much better than previous company.
