My installer had some problems and called for help. He contacted Faye and she very patiently answered all of my questions so that “even I” understood how and what to do. I feel much safer now in my home and I understand how to operate the equipment. Thanks to Faye!

Even your AI agent I was forced to talk to originally gave me two different answers, neither of which were helpful. Once I got a live person, she had my problem resolved in less than 5 minutes.

I had difficulty installing my system and called customer support. They walked me through every step and now I have a working system that is very easy to use from my phone, touchpad, or remote fob. Price was excellent and I have cancelled my previous system--and I'm a senior citizen!

Updated equipment help
Mike was very helpful in solving several issues I had with new equipment. I needed help with the updated control pad. He was very patient in walking me through making changes and then testing that the changes happened. I also needed help with my outdoor camera volume and it was defective so a replacement was ordered.
