MY ERROR
I had made an error of making double payment. I contacted service through the chat feature. I was connected to Mea today. She checked my account for me, and quickly came back with the options I had to correct it. I made my decision and she was also able to provide how the process would be and the time frame. Was a pleasant experience in all ways.

Customer service was super helpful! I got my system in and it was a breeze to put together. I had an issue with one of the sensors and Joseph was super helpful and tried to trouble shoot it and when nothing worked he got me a replacment very quickly.

Updated!! Over a month and still no working system
I said I would update my review, so here goes. I received a message that Cove wanted to contact me and they did... Not only a phone call but follow up emails, with good documentation. Mr. Curtis went out out of his way to make it right. I couldn't be any happier, the system is feature rich and cost effective. Needless to say I recommend Cove to everyone! I ordered my equipment June 3rd and from day 1 it has not worked the system would not recognize the door contacts, I contacted customer service and they said there was something wrong and it needs a new hub. I was charged 5.00 for replacement hub's shipping even though it was their faulty hub I was sent. Ok so, I paid the 5.00 for shipping and yep, you guessed it... The system didn't work. This time the keypad will not connect to the hub even though it connected to the first hub. So I contacted customer service again and was told this time they would replace the hub again (3rd hub) and a keypad, the representative had said 5 to 6 days for the new equipment to arrive. Now it is July 3, this marks the 30 days and still no functioning security system. July 8th contacted customer service today and they said please give them time, Really? I have done nothing but give them money (for the equipment, shipping for the replacement equipment) and time to decide I needs new hub and to wait for it to arrive. Then gave them more time to decide it needs another hub and keyboard, I received notice the shipment is delayed. Contacted customer service now they want me to give them more time.... I have tried to make this work for over a month and the best they can say is I was put on a priority shipping list. I am ready to claim my refund and go to a competitor! I would not recommend this system to anyone. I will update this review with whatever outcome, when I finally get this new equipment.

I started my search for a security system for my apartment in Dec/Jan and I compared ADT to Simply Safe to Ring to Amazon new security system company and then I was on my Facebook page and was scrolling and Cove popped up so I literally read the reviews and 99.8% of the reviews were positive so I went to the website and looked around and the first time I let them build the system which was $221.98 before the promotion discount applied once it was applied it was $180.90 which was good compared to the other companies I visited online. I bookmark the page and come end of May the start of June I went back to the website and I saw that they were having a great promotion so I decided to build my own system and it was before promotion $200.80 and once I added the promotion code it was $122.45 and I ordered it and it was here that Monday morning and it was super easy to install took literally 10 minutes flat to place everything and connected it to the hub. I presented the certificate of security system to my insurance company and my property management company and they both gave me 50% discount on my insurance and my rent payment. Cove customer service is top notch especially messaging via Facebook and they actually take the time to answer your question or questions and give you the correct prices for items on the website for you to add to your system of you choose to do that. Thank you Cove for being a great Security System Company with 5 Star customer service.

Lloyd L was very helpful. Sorted everything out. Got an email saying I hadn't set up my equipment but I had like over a week ago and have been using it. Thankfully it was a mistake. He also helped me get into the app which I was unable to use since set up.

Great easy home security
The whole process was very easy. The products arrive quickly and through the website live chat any and all questions that I have had in regards to the setup the certification and any other questions or answered extremely quickly. Most recently Lloyd L help me get the certificate for my home insurance and was absolutely wonderful. The only thing is it's a little weird setting up between the Cove portal and Eufy app but it works together well.
