Contacted Cove today via chat to upgrade some of my equipment and burn off some (most) of my accrued equipment credit. Other than having to wait a bit between responses because the agent was handling multiple customers simultaneously, the process went smoothly and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Far happier with Cove and its service than I was with my previous alarm company.

Amazing house
We stayed at Seal Bay resort on the Green Lawns site at the beginning of August, we had the 6 bedroom house Greensleeves, what a brilliant house it is, everything you need for a self catering holiday including a hot tub, which the children absolutely loved, there were 8 adults & 4 children, the house is so spacious for that amount of people, each family had their own bathroom so getting ready in the mornings & evenings was a bonus. With your own games room & private garden it's a perfect house, it's a bit of a trek to the indoor swimming pool but only took about 10 mins to walk to the outdoor lido & we managed to spend 2 days at that pool, we also used the facilities at the Whitehorse site which again is only about 10 mins walk from the house. Overall its a perfect place to visit if you are a large group holidaying together & you have young children. We would definitely return & wouldn't hesitate to book Greensleeves again

I am really glad that I was able to find Cove Security. I tried one of the more popular services and found their service and support very lacking. Installation was difficult and issues were never resolved. In addition their monthly fees were double compared to Cove. I searched the web and found Cove was highly rated by consumers.

I requested a chat today regarding while I on the CoveSmart Portal page this afternoon I received a pop-up advertising a FREE keyfob if I signed up for texts. And I was unable to find anything confirming that I would be receiving said KeyFob.
My chat request connected with Lloyd L. I presented Lloyd with a couple contradictions with thevwebsites pricing. Lloyd remained polite and helpful from start to finish of our chat. You have an asset to your Customer Service right there.
*unlike a gentleman I had previously tried to chat with but that guy ended our chat under his own terms **I was unaware he wasn't willing to chat and closed the chat!

The technicians and the customer service have been great when the alarm went off at twice both times by accident. I called and said it was a false alarm and we set everything in and it works fine. Very very pleased thing I have concerns with is my two indoor cameras in the living room and my room I was not under the impression I had to have SD cards which y’all do not provide or sell for that, and they are not included in the Monitoring System and they going to include the outside cameras in with the monitoring not just to me. Please provide feedback. Thank you.
