I am replying with appreciation and gratitude today to thank Derick for the wonderful assistance he provided to get my Cove system connected with the Monitoring Station.
I really admire his thorough and methodical approach to solving the problem(s) (Simcard mismatch and Firmware Update regarding previously replaced Panel) leaving no stone unturned to include reaching out to other resources (Firmware Group) as necessary. And I was very impressed by his willingness and methodical approaches to get to the root cause(s) as well as his determination to take care of his customer on this call. And Derick performed these tasks cheerfully with perfection all the while in a polite, courteous, thoughtful and professional manner. Plus, he replied back to me, within the following hour that he said he would, to followup and confirm that the system was totally operational and that all was well. What a great attitude he has.
I must say this was THE BEST technical service support I have had, EVER!! And I am 72 years old. Derick represented himself, and COVE, extremely well. COVE is very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Comprehensive system at a very competitive price. Very easy to DIY install. Excellent customer service. I actually ended up returning my system because it didn't quite fulfill my needs however this is due to me living in a very rural location. Had I lived in a standard neighborhood, this system would have worked just fine. Customer service was very understanding and did not give me any hassle during my return. I think most people would be happy with this system and if you are not I can confirm to you that they will allow you to return it w/o hassle (within the designated trial period). Even though it did not quite work out for me (I'm going to have to end up spending 2x as much to get what I need) I would definitely recommend this to any friend living in a subdivision.

Cove has been my home security alarm provider for a year now. I have loved the affordability, and ease of using their services. I recently moved and was able to set up service with very little assistance. Each time I speak to someone in customer service they are always polite and helpful.
