Rough start, but resolved now

UPDATED REVIEW: I had such a rough start in the beginning but I am very happy this was resolved and I was able to vent my frustrations to Nicholas and he was very patient and supportive of my situation. The key point that needed to be addressed was the miscommunication and lack of empathy to my situation from the reps I dealt with and he was more than happy to acknowledge my feelings were valid. I have been loving the equipment so far and love the ease of use as well. I appreciate the accountability and the help I was given in my time of stress.

Good reliable system

I installed my system 1 year ago. It arrived timely after ordering. Installation was easy. It has operated very well. We have frequent power outages & the system alerts us to those plus when the power comes back on. I had one door sensor fail after I replaced a battery (kept saying the cover wasn’t on). The customer service person was fantastic to work with and I had a new sensor in about a week. Id definitely recommend this system to others.

we're new owners at seal bay and don't normally bother to leave reviews but on this occasion I want to. Andy assisted us all the way with buying and setting up our caravan and was also very accomadating and compationate with the family issue we had in between. Only been here two weekends and we knew straight away it was the best move we made. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank andy and the team for the time they put in for us. Indoor camera stopped working

My indoor camera recently started to lot work multiples times and when I called the customer service associate immediately offered to send a replacement. It was hassle free and easy. The customer service was Great!

The best weekend ever

Just came home from the best weekend ever at Medmerry Park. Completely dog friendly, so much space to exercise my two Cavies. Two dog fields, an agility park and a lovely beach. Staff were super friendly, the food in the pub was exceptional and a menu for the dogs as well. Our chalet was spacious, so well equipped and spotless. A lovely peaceful setting with the added bonus of access to Seal Bay for a good night out. Booked again for August and can’t wait to go back.

Hi I booked one of the hot tub lodges for 2 nights, from the warm welcome to the welcome pack it was a wonderful experience. the cleanliness of the lodge was exceptional with plenty of towels, bottled water, tea and coffee. The hot tub was spotless and all ready for me. I will definately return, it's a very special place with amazing views over the Sound of Kararra. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me.
