I called Cove to change my card payment info. This function is not available in the Cove app. Why?? The rep asked for my safe word, which I provided, and explained that she would be happy to assist me in updating my payment info. She was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable about my issue, and professional. She made a potentially frustrating experience more bearable!

Being a night shifter can be hard

Being a night shifter can be hard, espcially when trying to keep my house safe during night. I want to make sure my family and dogs are safe. Each time I have contacted Cove for support it has been pretty much after midnight. The support is right there and willing to answer any questions I have. Clark was my latest representative and very attentive! I appreciated his support no matter the time. I am happy to be a customer!

Wonderful Customer Service

I messed up on my order an contacted Customer Service through email and got such wonderful help. Lloyd was so nice and helpful. He helped answer all my questions, helped me fix my mess up, and helped change a few things in the system for me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have heard such wonderful things about Cove and I am looking forward to many wonderful years with them.

I am moving tomorrow and all week I have been calling all of the service companies that I use so as to make accommodations for the move. When I called Cove today I had the pleasure of working with Curl. He was extremely helpful and polite and professional. He was easy to understand and he understood everything I said. He helped solve all of my issues and answer all of my questions. And when I asked to speak to a manager I got Lois who was also extremely polite and friendly and professional as well. Honestly the few times I have had to call Cove customer service I received prompt, professional and competent service and I am very glad we chose Cove for Home Security! It is refreshing, in this day and age, to have a Company thats doing everything right in this post-covid everyone sucks at customer service world- Thank you Cove!!
