Had a problem using my Cove app, even though the console looked good. Worked with John via the chat function and through several steps and logical troubleshooting he got me back online. Great experience, and I'm in the technical customer service business myself so I recognize and appreciate his professionalism.

My IPhone Cove App was being cranky one…

My IPhone Cove App (that I use numerous times a day) started being cranky! one call to Jamel in Cove Customer service fixed it. He took me through the trouble shooting steps and we now have the system talking to my I phone app. It's like Amazing what you can do wirelessly and I'm so happy that Jamel walked me thru this since I'm not very tech oriented!

The system was easy to install

The system was easy to install. I had a few sensors that I couldn't activate during the installation process. Called their support line and Isaiah walked me through the process to add sensors after completing the install ... that was super easy too and he stayed on the line to ensure all went well.

Great Customer Service, it was a pity I had to cancel my services as the reception in my area is not good, Wish if they could do Cellular boosters or antennas. Wasted 2 days installing all the equipment and half a day removing and packing, would have been nice if I was compensated for that, as well.

Before we installed this system we had been robbed, over the past few years, twice while on vacations. Now we can travel with no problem. A very nice yet not $$$ security system

The documentation was helpful, the setup was mostly easy, we were not aware we needed a new plan for the app but the csustomer service guy was courteous and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.
