Called cove customer service for 2 issues. One was an error code for my CO2/smoke alarm and the other was a billing issue. Both issues were resolved to my satisfaction in an efficient manner. My customer service agent , Jonel was polite and knowledgeable.

Isaiah was quite helpful considering all the issues I had that started off with the wrong phone number to access my account. Since I set it up, that is an issue I created, but she worked with me on getting the issue resolved as well as dealing with not being able to access the app (due to previously mentioned issue). Very happy on many things and if you are on the fence about this company and thinking ADT or another is the way to go...think again. Pay for the stuff. Do it yourself, and yes, since I screwed up they are right on the money with a call when you mess up. Imagine if you didn't mess up though? This is the way to go.

Although the system is a bit basic compared to the other systems out there, at least the customer service has been top-rated to help out if you have any troubles. Just installed my new COVE system. 18 window / door sensors, motion, glass break sensor, 2 Fobs. Prep and Installation took me 3 hours and 1 call to Tech support. All well worth it. Everything works well and very satisfied.

I just received my cove system and 1 of my cameras did not have the mounting hardware included. I called customer service and spoke to Adrian about the issue. He quickly came up with 2 possible remedies allowing me to choose which worked best for me. After that he also helped me connect some window sensors I still had mounted from my previous company and stayed with me on the phone while I added all the sensors to make sure it all went smoothly. Thank you Adrian for your knowledge and dedication to your customers.
