Love the look and feel of the product, it is extremely easy to configure and install. I would like to add more sensors to make it more robust. Just the panel could have more video compatibility. But overall a good product which looks sturdy.

Super easy to setup as it came…

Super easy to setup as it came configured. I will be adding more door and window sensors along with water sensor for my basement. It seems to be built well and not cheap. My only suggestion is the Cove needs to give web gui option for managing the system and need to improve the app.

I like it a lot!!

My sister has the same system in her house and after setting it up for her I knew I had to get one for my parents who aren't that tech savvy. It's a premium system that is easily managed and setting it up is so easy a cave man can do it.

I purchased my kit several months ago (maybe even a year ago) and got stopped in set up process. Nathan got me going and never made me feel dumb or stupid for getting stuck. Persistence pays off, misinformed when I purchased but corrected by great customer support service.

I purchased my kit last night and noticed afterwards that a discount could be applied for first responders. I called not even 10 mins after placing the order and spoke with an unknown male customer support representative. I told him I just placed an order for $460 and after placing the order, I noticed a discount could be applied for being a first responder. The unknown male told me that my package/deal I purchased was better than requesting to have the first responder discount. For some reason, I believe him (being the expert) and decided to end our conversation thinking I was good to go. I call today and spoke with Daniel. I explained to Daniel of the situation and he was able to assist me with the discount matter. I don’t understand why the first representative pretty much blew me off and said I had a greater deal. Daniel here told me that I would be receiving a credit. Meaning, I would not have to pay for 8 months of monitoring service. How awesome is that? I can’t thank Daniel enough for taking the time to assist me. He even sent me an email stating what he did for future reference. Daniel also said that he would reach out to the other representative and explain to him that he was in the wrong, so we can further prevent this from happening. With that being said, Daniel has turned a new Leaf for me and I hope everything works out within these first 60 days. I hope I can rely on cove to be the security system I need for my families safety! Especially in the line of work I am in.
