I had an AMAZING experience with Cove! I’m a big DIY kind of guy, and love doing things my way. I contacted many other alarm companies in my area to get quotes for a new system installation and monitoring. I knew exactly what I wanted since I had an alarm system for the past 7 years that was just not to my standard. My old system was originally ASG, then ProtectionOne and then became ADT and I was paying $36.99/mo for monitoring and wasn’t under contract. After getting my quotes, I was targeted by Cove Smart on Facebook (good marketing since they knew I was searching alarm companies). For the system I wanted, ADT wanted to charge me $1,000 for equipment and $50/mo for monitoring. 😱 Same system with Cove Smart was $300 for my equipment and $25/mo monitoring! I ordered the Cove Smart system. I did have an issue with one of my credit cards because the bank thought it was a fraudulent charge and blocked it. I tried another card and it went through fine. Due to COVID-19, they had issues getting their pretty packaging, so instead of delaying my order, I got my equipment in ordinary packaging, which was fine. The setup was super easy! I did have to remove an old system, which took some time, and I chose to mount my new Cove panel on the wall and run the power wire inside the wall. Everything connected without any issues! I’m very pleased with this system and would recommend it to anyone!

First day with cove

I just received my cove alarm system today. The setup process was an absolute breeze! The system is wonderfully designed from the hardware to the software and has a very easy to navigate UI. My biggest reason for the 5 stars is the AMAZING customer service though. I had issues, questions, inquiries; all of which were listened to, addressed, and followed up on! It’s been only 1 day but I am honestly blown away! Much better than ADT!!!

Cove is the one....no question!

I have lived in my condo for 6 years. It was time for a security system. Did my research and Cove was my choice. Called customer service four times today to assist with installation and every time the rep was amazing! Like I was their friend. Amazing customer service. Haven’t used the actual monitoring service yet but will give my review when I am up and “hot!” Cove is the best.

I just love Cove!

I just love Cove!! I had never had a security system for my home before and came home one night to find three screens up as if someone had tried to get into my windows. I bought a COVE starter pack the next day! It arrived super quick and was super easy to set up and test, and I've slept soundly ever since!! I love the ease and options of arming and disarming (panel, key fab, or app!) and knowing it will still work whether my power is out or my internet goes down (the panel has battery power and a cellular link). Most of all though, every single person I have ever spoken with at Cove has been super kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you for making me feel so taken care of COVE!!
