5 STARS INDEED!!! :) I’m SO very happy with my decision to go with COVE! An excellent company, with quality products and fantastic customer service; all for such an affordable price!! I purchased the system which comes with the cove touch alarm panel, door sensor and motion detecter (it’s pet friendly too!), yard sign, window stickers and a YI indoor camera, which I got as a bonus, for absolutely free!!! The entire system was unbelievable inexpensive to begin with and then for them to throw in a gift was a wonderful gesture!! Set up was incredibly easy and I have to say I’m extremely impressed with its immaculate design and the user interface of the software!! I greatly appreciate the cove team for helping me and my home feel protected and safe, when I’m away or asleep! Thank you COVE for such an effective and efficient alarm system!!!!! :)

The cove security system is everything you need and more!

The cove security system has exceeded all my expectations! The set up was super user friendly and it comes with everything you need to protect your home! I also love the crying features for babies and the motion sensors. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to keep their home protected

Absolutely love it

1st impression is everything, the system was packaged in a sleek yet modern protection box. The panel already had The kickstand. I wanted to place mine on the wall so I remove the kickstand which was very easy to remove, I replaced it with the wall mount stand. The sensors came with adhesive back’s which was very easy for me to mount it and I didn’t have to plug anything into a wall which was fantastic. I even had my kids mount The door and window sensors. The system was very easy to set up. And I receive a free indoor camera so we can’t go wrong with that. The customer service is immaculate. Overall it’s a great buy I’m happy that I made the purchase to secure my home with Cove.

Great Interface and Easy to Set Up!

Installed this system, set the preferences, and connected to my smart home within a few minutes. I have to give a lot of credit to the design and user interface of the software. There are customizable settings that let you set the screen brightness, volume, smart home control, and lights. Importantly it has a mode to arm the system while you are home. This feature was essential for me as I like to have my system running while I sleep at night. Also worth mentioning is the customer service. They answered my questions and recommended the plan options clearly. I’m really happy with this system and can feel secure while I’m away or sleeping.

Simple, Kitted experience to set up

Using cove was a good experience! All the sensors are easy to install and the software just straightforward. I would recommend this for a medium size space where you want a simple/kitted security system to feel secure. My apartment is street level with large windows and I feel pretty confident the sensors will pick up anything significant.

It has a super sleek design and the customer service line is very efficient as well. I’m not a big fan of having to call for customer service since there’s usually a long hold period, but they have a chat online option which is super convenient. It came with a lot of accessories and I just feel safer having a 24 hr security system in place, especially during this time.

Easy to set up and excellent security

The whole kit was super easy to set up and start using. The best of the system is that the unit does not depend on Wifi and can easily send information to authorities if something were to happen. The indoor camera is excellent as well and can be used via a mobile application. The pricing is pretty good as well and best part is that it comes with no contracts.

Excellent Modern Security System

Just got my Cove security system today and already liking it a lot. The packaging that it comes in is sleek and modern. The setup instructions are very easy to follow and the alarm panel guides you through all of the steps. I've set up the touch alarm panel in my room, the motion sensor outside of my house and the door sensor in front of our house door. I also signed up for Cove Plus and tested the alarm out and received notifications via email, text and call from the security team asking if everything is okay and if they need to call the police. Now my home truly feels secure. Very happy with my purchase!

I love that it comes with a touch screen device to arm and unarm system. Love it! Such a good price too

Zero Complaints

This was my first alarm system and after having it for exactly one year, I can honestly say that I’ve had zero complaints. The cost is affordable and the customer service is superb. It was easy to install and even easier to call them and update my address before moving. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who assisted me but he was very polite and super helpful. I recommend Cove to everyone because of how simple and easy it is to use. Any time my alarm has gone off, I immediately get a text followed by a phone call if I don’t respond to the text quickly. My mom gets a text as well! I love the key remote, it’s so easy to use on my way out and returning home. I can’t wait until I move into a bigger place someday to expand my system!

I bought this for my mom but wanted to try it out first to make sure it would be the right interface for her. It was very easy to set up, and to navigate. Great price and comes with exactly what she needs!

So easy I wish I would have got this sooner

I love that this security system doesn't have the high upfront cost of having to get someone to install it when I can do it myself with Cove. It's intuitive, low-stress since I don't have to worry about getting locked into a multi-year contract, and it's easily upgradable if I want to purchase additional hardware down the line. 5 stars for me for sure!

Love My New Custom Alarm Setup From Cove

I really love my new alarm setup from Cove! It was super easy to pick out what I wanted to meet my specific needs and easy to set up. I like that I can add additional devices to my system as I may need them. My favorite part is the system key fob that makes it easy for me to arm and disarm my alarm from my keys so I don’t have to fumble through my purse to find my phone. The monitoring cost is also very reasonably priced and I like I don’t have to get into a year or more contract. I highly recommend!

Easy setup

Setup was easy. I liked the packaging. The LED lights on the buttons made the product look nice at night. You can adjust the volume and it does get rather loud. I had trouble finding my safe word that they needed for setup. The call was rather odd placed through the machine but it worked just fine! Setup took like 10 minutes.
