Recently Upgraded to New Hub and Panel

I’ve had Cove since 2020 and recently upgraded to the new hub and panel and am excited to see if this resolves the issues I had with connectivity! Mary Grace with Support helped me and was very easy to work with and installation was as easy as it was when I first set it up.

Mark solved my issue in less than 60 seconds. The previous ancient which was a chat agent took me through the ringer and unfortunately I didn't follow their process and something told me to call instead. And luckily I found Mark, he's exceptional and he should be hired as a trainer
