I needed help with billing
I needed help with a billing, and setting up an activation date since my situation is not common —I ordered my security about a month and a half in advance because we’re moving to a brand new house, and we wanted to take advantage of the deal running at the time. We plan on installing Cove upon move-in. I reached out to Support via Chat at got sweet Mary Grace. She helped us get our billing cycle synced with the time we’d be moving in to our new home, so there’s no issues with activation and monitoring. Thank you Mary Grace! You were incredibly resourceful, kind, and thoughtful.

Michael is absolutely fantastic... he's so helpful and patient!!! I was frustrated a few times and he stayed professional, neutral and was an absolute Angel thru the process. Also ofcourse very patient with my questions. I'm very impressed with Cove so far and honestly if he hadn't been as great as he was, I would have canceled because there were a couple glitches while trying to set up before the installer arrives. He's really amazing and Cove should be proud of having such great reps.
