Adrian was a great agent. He helped me get everything set up with my cameras and even took the initiative to help me get one of my sensors replaced since it wasn’t working properly. He stayed pleasant the whole time, even though I was annoyed when I first called in and he went through helping me troubleshoot my panel as well. I appreciated his customer service. PS I may have accidentally pressed the wrong button during the phone survey, But yes, I would hire him in a heartbeat for customer service and tech-support.

We were able to get COVE to replace the system and get a new unit sent out.
