Just set up my system today and customer service has been amazing! Gracely Mae helped me with all my questions in the chat and I made several calls as well. Cove security seems to have an excellent team working for them! The system was very easy to set up and seems to be very thorough. Would definitely recommend Cove!

Excellent customer support via chat

I have not received my equipment yet, should arrive soon. I chatted via text to add a sensor to my arriving order. Clay offered excellent customer service and quick help. I have my items coming without hassle or talking on the phone. So far so good. I hope the security system is as good as the customer support. I am looking forward to be a permanent customer.

I ordered Cove and it came with everything I wanted. They were just back ordered on the outdoor cameras. I reached out to customer service now twice and both times they have been amazing. Super helpful and quick to respond. The second time I reached out, I spoke to Denzel, who was able to help me order some additional equipment and get me a certification letter for my home insurance company that my alarm system was set up and active! I love the system so far and the app! I would highly recommend cove to anyone!

Edison was my helpful representative today. I was having account issues where an old account was preventing me access to my new account. Edison resolved the issue by figuring out how to delete the other account and then created a new account for me to utilize. After three phones calls to Cove about this issue, Edison was the one to figure out how to resolve this. Truly grateful, thank you Edison!!!
