I am satisfied with my cove system. I have had my system 2 years and still love it. Easy installation anyone can do it, and reasonable prices and monitoring fee is alsoinexpensive. Get your Cove system. A peace of mind is Priceless!!

Representative was very helpful. Helped me reset a sensor due to a loss of supervision. Unfortunately, it happened again, so I must replace the battery.
Cove reached out a day later and is sending me a new sensor, free of charge. The service was above & beyond. I am happy to know Cove is here to help continue providing a secure alarm system. Additional features were suggested as well to help make the system even better.
I actually used to install ADT systems and chose Cove over them 2 years ago. The price is way better for the same service.
My mother has had ADT for over 20 years, has less sensors and pays almost double. They don’t value there customers I feel.

Cove Smart has been awesome
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have been extremely impressed with Cove all the way around. We had a service with a large company for several years and they increased the monthly amount for monitoring many times, and the equipment seemed old and outdated. I switched to Cove a little over a year ago, the technology was newer and the monitoring costs was substantially less. I was afraid their customer service would not be as good, but that has been far from the case. I needed a certificate to get a discount for my homeowners insurance and my insurance company was being difficult and wanted specific info on it. I called Cove and spoke immediately to a human named Danica- that blew my mind. She got the certificate I need and emailed it to me, then called back to make sure I got it and was good. You don’t usually get service like that these days. If you are thinking of going with Cove, don’t hesitate, do it now.
