Great security system

I am very happy with Cove, and it's only because I am moving overseas that I am cancelling the service. I highly recommend this company for any home security. It's easy to install and very reliable. It's also very affordable. The customer service representatives have always been very helpful and polite. I loved using the app, the cameras, and the main console. I will gladly get it again when we come back.

Easy install. Love the customization to fit my needs. Customer service was polite and helpful.

Easy installation….product worked as advertised.

Received the kit and immediately had trouble getting the panel to obtain cellular connection. Contacted customer support. She reset my SIM card and that resolved the issue. I had the entire system installed and running in about 30 minutes. Everything has been working just as advertised. I would definitely recommend the Cove security system.

Cove is a fantastic alarm system

Cove is a fantastic alarm system. We have 2 of them. The service and sales are the best I have ever dealt with. The alarm is super easy to install and connect to your phone for 24/7 monitoring on the customers end. Had one accidental alarm activation. Cove was quick to call and verify if it was a good alarm or false. Very professional and polite service. Thank you Cove.

Great experience. I’m not the most tech savvy person but was easily able to follow instructions and complete setup. I did have one issue which was quickly resolved when I called for support. They were excellent. I would highly recommend this product
