Cove has a variety of ways to reach them. I sent a text message this morning to support and promptly got a reply from Xavier who was able to quickly and professionally resolve my issue fully within 18 minutes. With some companies you’d be on hold just to talk to someone for at least that long.

Exceptionally pleased

I’ve been exceptionally pleased with my Cove system and the customer support. The system was easy to install and has worked perfectly. The monthly charge is reasonable. The couple times I’ve called, I got great support.

From install to moving out, this was a great system.

This was a super easy install, the system worked very well, and now as we sell our house - a very easy transition to the new owner. We'll definitely be using Cove in our next place!!!

I bought the equipment in 12/ 2021 and…

I bought the equipment in 12/ 2021 and for dif reasons not ask for installation until January 2022. When the installer comes to my house the system have been updated but my equipment not. I still waiting for a sim card for more than one month. I call yesterday for third time and the service rep say she will call me back. I still waiting for her call. all the month of March for a sim card? I ask to return the equipment and Have my $ back and she said I have only 60 days to return the equipment. More than two times appointments for installation canceled. And even they should know that I am waiting for the sim card they continue sending me appointments for installation. Dont buy thes system. Is not worthy. They should gave me free installation for all what I suffer with this delayed. When you buy a security system is because you need it. I have to thanks Jessyl, a supervisor from Cove Customer Service dept, for the exceptional service she gave me. She help me through the process and me with all my concerns. How great it is when you get satisfied with the product you buy and the service you received. I have to acknowledge that cust service representative are very knowledgeable. Thanks Jessyl and thanks you COVE.

The ordering process was as easy as the setup and if you move, simply pack up your equipment too and reinstall at your new place. If you need more equipment its just as easy as the1st time to get what you need to continue your service with help from their great customer care team!

This is my first time to experience Cove security systems. I have never had a company so incredible with customer service. A company that is well known I called several times was able to leave a message and no one ever called me back. I began to wonder if they won’t call me back how good would they be in servicing my system and how much would they care about an alarm. The sweet lady I talk to you today was incredible. The customer service alone makes me want this company. I can’t wait to see the future and how it goes. If there are service in the future is as good as their customer service cove will become the sought-after company for security systems. What an honor to have a security system from them.
