Lloyd was helpful in changing the name of the premises for us, as apparently that is not something we can do on our own...this option should be changed to allow us to change the name of our location ourselves...we were not changing or moving locations...just didn't want my name as the alarm system name. Please keep this for consideration. Thank you for helping Lloyd!

I messed up when setting up my system and went onto the Cove Support chat on their website and they were able to walk me through everything and solve the issues I was having! All within 5 -10 minutes. I love that way more than having to stay on the phone with someone while doing it.

Contact Cove by Chat - Easy and Quick Process
I contacted Cove for a issue with my Camera not connecting with the cove app. Lloyd was very helpful and walked me through what the issues could be. He was also very efficient in help me obtain the Alarm Monitoring Certificate for my Insurance Company.
After reviewing all of the systems…
After reviewing all of the systems available, I purchased the Cove system with the appropriate numbers of sensors. I ordered it on a Saturday and it was shipped on Monday. Delivery was made on Wednesday with all of the appropriate email notifications. When it arrived, I familiarized myself with the system. It seemed to be too simple and I knew there had to be some kind of catch. I followed the steps outlined in the brochure and within an hour my system was installed and monitoring began. I had to call Customer Service with a couple of questions. They were extremely helpful, professional and answered my questions promptly. So far the system is impressive and the customer service has been great.

Spoke to Adrian about multiple charges on my account. No fault to them, but my bank. He listened to me and made me feel heard. He was able to get those charges dropped and got my glass break sensors ordered! Cove customer service is amazing!
I spoke with Adrian this morning…
I spoke with Adrian this morning regarding our outdoor cameras not being able to “pair.” He actually was the third I spoke with, and the only person to help solve our issues. He figured out that they weren’t pairing due to the cameras being on 5GHZ. He said that they would pair if on 2.4, which they did. Adrian was very professional and patient. I’m grateful for his help.
