This is 1 of very few times that I have been able to get my issues taken care of. I have had quiet of few times with me getting very upset trying to understand the reps speaking English. What can I say but WOW !!!!

What can I say but WOW !!!! I've purchased the entire new update of the Hub and Touch Pad and the Camera over a month ago. I'm happy to say I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Anfernee and was overwhelmed how he took full control and was a man of his word figuring what the delay was. AND THAT HE EXACTLY DID ! He consistently would call me back daily with updates but most importantly was able to get the entire new system out for delivery ASAP. If it wasn't for Anfernee I don't know know what I would do. Thank you for everything you have done and I'm one happy cove customer for 6 years now ! We need more people like him these days ! Sincerely Frank Beri
