I was very impressed with Maria Cabano. She listened to what I needed help with, she reiterated what I had said to make sure she understood what I was needing done. Then she fixed everything from her end never leaving me hanging or questioning what was happening. Maria made fixing my Cove problem extremely simple. ALSO, Maria speaks very good english which is not often the case with call centers. Maria was extremely polite and made an added effort to make sure she understood the issue. You can't ask for anything better than the service I recieved from Ms. Cabano. I would hire her for my company in a heart beat.
