Great Service
Was a Cove customer for 8 years. I recently moved and no longer need the service. Customer service team is great and responsive. Alarm monitoring service was very easy to use and monitor. I highly recommend Cove products and services.

I ran into technical difficulties with the cameras on the older system and frankly was quite frustrated with the company. Frankly, I was considering leaving COVE after 3 years.
But . . . . was contacted by the customer service team after a less than fruitful initial contact and they were able to assist me and get a solution figured out as I was using the older product and now will be able to get the new system with the newer camera's at a decent price. Look forward to using the new system. Thank you COVE and Nicholas.

My thoughts about cove alarm
I really enjoyed being able to get fast customer service help when l need it also when talking to customer support team they are very helpful to resolve hard issues that I can’t figure out also love monitoring service they are quick to respond to alarms alarm is very easy to use with the app and with the panel also easy to add to the system even if you can’t get it to add customer support is very helpful they offer door window sensors glass break and water sensors also remote control to arm and disarm I love how you can have up to 4 panels with the one hub I like that the hub has battery back up also if you don’t have WiFi it can run off cellular Verizon wireless my only thing I have found out is when you Order my stuff for the system it did take 2 to 3 weeks to ship I think they could work on shipping the stuff out within 7 days instead of 3weeks one last thing from my experience if you have bad cell service in your area and not using WiFi the system sometimes takes a while to respond to the panel and app also when when I like when you arm the system you can bypass any sensor but co smoke and water leak you cannot bypass changing the battery in the door window sensor is kind of hard to remove the cover I do love how the system is fully wireless last thing is when buying the system buy everything you do need because to add one it’s like over a 100 dollar s for each thing
