My system was shipped to the wrong address. I spoke with Cedric at Cove and he told me Cove will initiate an investigation with Fedex to determine what happened, and will get me another system shipped to my correct address.
Cedric was very courteous and professional and was able to address my concerns efficiently. I was satisfied with the service and help I received.

I have had my service for about a year now and absolutely love it. When I call my issue is resolved quickly and completely. I have had only 2 small issues that were minor. I've recommended your company to several people. I am so very happy with everything. I loved how simple installation wad so easy, even for me who is technically challenged. Customer service was greatly appreciated for their patience with my situation. I had ordered equipment a month ago but hadn't been able to get set up yet due to my father being in & out of the hospital & needing to make changes on my equipment & plan. We've had our Cove system for almost 6 months now and are so happy with it. It's easy to install, the interface is super simple to use, with plenty of customization options for different setting like the chime volume and type, and every time we've had any alarms go off (smoke and/or intrusions, which have luckily been false alarms!) the Cove team is super quick to respond. I love that I can communicate with them via text to dismiss or dispatch different alarms. Also, when I've spoken to the Cove team on the phone to purchase additional equipment, they've always been helpful and quick. Their chat option is also stellar. They reply fast and resolve issues very quickly. Denzel today helped me update my monitoring certificate so I could send it to my insurance within minutes. Just great all around.

On the first day I called Cove customer…
On the first day I called Cove customer service, I was so upset as the person answered my call was unable to pull up my account using my email add, phone number or my full name. Not sure what happened. After I placed my order, I received an order confirmation so I'm not sure what's going on and the person I talked to wasn't that helpful and it seems like she didn't know what she's doing. I asked for the manager/supervisor and Roland helped me right away with my issue. He was able to fix my account and after a day, the issue got fixed! Roland was really helpful and because of him, I will surely introduce Cove with my relatives and friends. Thank you, Ronald for ALL your help! Keep up the good work!
