Customer service

I contacted Cove about 100 times after putting an order and asked zillion questions. And every time, I received a clear/complete answer from Grace, Rod(rigo), Clark, Mary, Anfernee, Llyod and others. I'm holding the rating on 4* and waiting how the things go after installation is done. I am going to revisit. Update: It gets better and better with every interaction with Cove!

I had a piece of my equipment (key fob) break on me a year in and I reached out to cove to see about a replacement fob. I worked with Lloyd Loremas who was extremely kind and quickly ordered a replacement fob for free for me.

Anfernee - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative: Anfernee I have had two colon cancer surgeries and they were very difficult. After the first surgery, I ended up on the bathroom floor in extreme pain and was there for two hours, couldn't get help. When searching for the best security system that I could also have a medical panic alter button, CoveSmart had one. Have been with them ever since. The system works great. I have had some recent medical setbacks and Anfernee was able to help me out with the bill for one month. Thank you Anfernee this really helped.

Rovie was my customer service agent. I had a number of questions and installation procedures to ask about and he went way above and beyond. He double-checked everything, helped me install sensors with ease, checked back-ordered sensors, sent me magnetic spacers, and took his time to make sure all my concerns were answered. We’ve had the system for about a week now and have loved it! It’s super easy to set up and use! We feel much safer sleeping at home :) The only thing we wish it had is the ability for the kami doorbell to chime through the home base. But overall a great product!

Received a courtesy call today while I am still waiting for my touch panel: the customer service is great! Adrian was very helpful, confirmed my order and was very service oriented! Thumbs up!

Intial equipment set up

I just recieved my equipment and was installing all the sensors. When I got to the smoke/ co detector it wouldn't show it synched with the control panel. I called the help line and even after hours Grace was able to help me get it straightened out and get my insurance certificate set up in a few minutes.

I'm really satisfied with the security system an its quality. Everything works fine. The service is there 24/7 if needed that's very important. My sister referred me to Cove and I would refer anyone to go to Cove security.
