Less cost for more monitoring
Could buy many sensors at lower price and the monitoring fee is reasonable.
With others, since the monitoring fee was going to be kind of proportional to number of sensors and sensors were expensive, it would cost much more.
Strange problem, solved quick!
Had a problem with getting arming/disarming messages when nothing was really occurring at home. Spoke with Cove rep. who advised to change password on website. Took care of the problem. 10 minutes and all solved.

I love Cove! I was looking for a no-nonsense affordable security system after a break-in attempt a few years ago and Cove has been just perfect. Motion Sensor Issue
We have had our Cove system for about 7 months now. This morning we started receiving notifications that the battery was low on our front and back motion sensors. I called tech support and spoke with RJ who went through some troubleshooting with me, but he admitted this was very unusual and as a precaution is sending us 2 new sensors. Great service so far with Cove and gives us peace of mind that our home is in good hands when we are not there! Thank you to all the Cove team! Please keep up the great work! It’s a great system, at an affordable price with a great support team! So far we couldn’t be happier!

Treasure Trove !
Cove is a real treasure trove in the heart of Porty. With an amazing range of beautiful gifts , you will always find something a little bit different. There seems to be new stock every time I go in! Libby and her team are extremely welcoming ( to dogs as well) and happy to advise if required. It’s great to see there is now a website with additional stock that is not sold in the shop.
