I'm disappointed I've had to cancel my service - no fault of Cove... cell service at my location is not adequate to properly support the system - but I'm doubly disappointed because I found everyone I dealt with at Cove in the weeks since I ordered my system to be professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. That includes Joseph who handled my cancellation request this afternoon. He was very understanding of my situation and very personable and genuine as he assisted me. I'm hopeful but doubt I'll find the same level of service quality elsewhere.

I had a great experience with set up my representative was Joseph Michael he was very helpful and patient with me very pleasant guy he made sure I had everything right it took awhile no fault of his so please don't be mad I know call centers have a time limit as I'm also a call center Rep but he's one of a kind and should be rewarded I wish I could if not atleast recognized on my behalf tell him again I said thank you very very much much appreciated I hope he will someday move up he will be a great asset to the company who needs to be recognized so I hope who ever is in charge will see his potential and personality something the public needs because customers can be a headache and he handled it very well thanks for all your help sincerely CAMILLA DRAFFIN much love from Gastonia NC

Our service with Cove so far has been amazing. Shipping was so fast, Installation was SUPER easy, and now that everything is running smoothly, I have SO MUCH peace of mind. My husband is a police officer and on night shifts, so having a sense of security at night while I'm home alone with the kids has eased my mind so greatly. And it's great that Cove has a discount program for first responders, teachers, and nurses. (Which we didn't realize at first when we purchased, but the support team was great in helping us apply the program retroactively to our account!!)

I called to finish up my installation and set up the cove app today. I spoke with a rep named Rodrigo who was very polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions are answered. Rodrigo did an excellent job.
