This is a super cool system. Rod in customer service is great! I've called two times and gotten immediate responses and answers to my questions. I installed the whole system in 30 minutes. I'm excited to feel safer! And I love Rod--he's fantastic. Five stars to COVE.

The installation wasn't as easy as it only takes a few minutes. However, I had an issue with one of my motion sensors and the Customer Support technician helped me fix the issue quickly and easily. Then Julie showed me how to program two extra window sensors with ease. First night with the system and I love it so far. I am glad I made the switch.

I have been having problems with the system arming/disarming and panic alerts

I have been having problems with the system (arming/disarming by itself, cops arrived at house stating panic alarm triggered) since installation. After walking me through some troubleshooting, Edison was able to discern that the key fob remote was defective. He arranged for a replacement to be sent. He is a very good CS tech as well as a great representative for Cove. Thank you.
