As a former ADT sales person, long ago, I am very impressed as a Cove customer. First and foremost, the alarm response time lightening fast. After I’ve mistakingly set off my alarm, which happens to all people, their response time and multitude of alerts people on the call list also get alerted immediately. If I don’t turn off the alarm quick enough, they’re calling immediately. It’s a cell connect so no phone line or cable TV connect is needed. Self installation was incredibly easy. Their shipping is as equally as good as everything else. On a scale of 1-5 stars, I give them 10. I have one incredibly valuable piece of advise. Everything is stellar right now. As you grow, absolutely DO NOT let that quality slip. You’ve absolutely out done ADT ESPECIALLY regarding pricing. Cove is VERY affordable. Well done! Keep up the great work!!

I was a waken by the system alarm 3 times during the night. last alarm being at 2:30 am at first i was scared of an intruder but when I checked my home everything was secured and locked. Second time and third time alarm went off I figured it was a system error. I chatted with Maigne Saniel and she helped me troubleshoot the problem in just 1 min! Now I can get a good nights rest thanks for their fast response. She was very helpful.
