LOVE the Cove security system!! The BEST alarm system I've ever had! And, in my opinion, it's the BEST value in home security systems!
It's very affordable for the level of security it provides! Definitely feel peace of mind knowing I've got Cove protecting my wife & kids, rapid SOS response, and 24/7 support. It was very easy to setup. Was ready to go in less than 30 minutes! I was surprised by the amount of customization available, as well as the extra security options available.

Cove is an honest company
I ordered a new Cove system and the control panel was inoperable, I returned it to Cove for a replacement however the panels were on backorder. I assume because of the supply chain problem and chip shortage. So I requested a refund under Cove's 60 day no hassle return policy and Cove promptly refunded all my money without any hassle whatsoever. Thank you Cove!

Outstanding Customer Service
Yesterday I called Cove customer service to assist me with a number of issues I was having setting up my new Cove Security System. I spoke with Lego. He was beyond helpful. He listened to my problems and patiently walked me through solutions. It was apparent he was very knowledgeable.

I was contacted by Jessyl from Cove. She was amazing, going through every aspect of the system to make sure everything was connected properly and working for my safety. This was no small feat (on my end) and took a good deal of time out of her day. She was so pleasant and patient making sure everything was working and that I was comfortable operating the system and all of the benefits. I finally feel safe in my home and appreciate the time that Cove and Jessyl took to get me to this point.
UPDATE 1/4/2023
So, "rep from Utah" contacted me and we set up Tuesday the 3rd for her to call back and attempt to get the system working. I cleared the entire day and guess what? No call. How can anyone possibly feel safe with their monthly monitoring (if the system is active) if they can't even make a scheduled phone call. Tired of getting the run around, I'm not even so sure they actually have an office in the United States because not one Corporate representative has bothered to call me to fix this situation. When I do get a call back from Utah the caller ID is the same as their Philippines number.
After months of doing battle with Cove during recuperation and repairing from Hurricane Ian, I'm done. I am unable to contact the Corporate Office directly, which speaks volumes. The rep who contacted me, supposedly from Utah, has been unreachable. The only phone number available in the Philippines is useless when you can't understand half the conversation and everything is scripted. The Philippines said they emailed Utah (not mentioning woman's name) for rep to contact me, that was the 22nd. Since HelloTech was another nightmare, refusing to honor quoted price, I will again hire someone to remove the Cove system and return. Enough is enough, should have learned my lesson with original contact "Rob".

Whenever a sensor goes off, I receive a text and phone call to resolve. I have been with Cove almost 3 years. I haven't had any issues and I am always able to reach someone by phone or chat. You can log onto their app or web browser. Very user friendly and was easy to setup. I love how I was able to customize my system to accommodate my needs without going broke. I am very security conscious and I am very happy that I didn't have to compromise anything to get all of the equipment that I need to maintain my security.
Cove is fantastic
Cove is fantastic. I couldn't get my panel to connect so I called the troubleshooting number there was no waiting (WOW) . And she knew exactly what to do all it was the sim card needed to be registered. And I was up and running . It took me less then an hour to put up 16 window and door monitor 's and the rest of moniters . And I was done. And it tested them . Before cove I had adt. Fir almost 4 years. And trust me when I say cove is a better value,better customer service and much better product all around. I'm so happy that I switched to Cove security.

I had a problem with a motion sensor that kept saying tampered.I called customer service and as usual, they walked me through correcting the issue and now its fine.
