Are used Cove to monitor my rental home for about two years. The price was very reasonable and the monitoring service was very good. I enjoyed using them and being able to set it up myself the way I want it I had to end my Cove experience when I sold the home, but I am encourage that the new owner will use your excellent service.

Accidently discovered COVE while becoming totally disappointed with Company we've been with since 2011 through numerous name changes and lies. COVE was our answer. COVE not only provided all of the services we wanted but a few we'd never thought about. Their Reps are knowledgeable Professionals and DO LISTEN! No pushy Salespeople promising you the Moon and delivering nothing but "Bull!" Their PRICES were much, much less than our previous provider and the Setup was EZ enough that a 10 year old can set up and operating in less than an hour. Tech Support and Customer Service CANT BE BEAT!! I'm a VET and they do offer a Military Discount that I don't think it can be beat by any other provider! Did I mention the Equipment is Top Shelf! Second call resolved my problem

this was my second call. I know you probably have a protocol for you reps to follow, but my first call in I felt my issue should have been addressed so I wouldn't have to call back. That being said, when I called today, I explained again to Aaron what my issue was with my Kami Doorbell Camera, told him I charged the battery overnight for over 8 hours, even though it was charged up enough to use when I reset my doorbell. I told him I went thru the proceedure of resetting my doorbell, and the yellow light would not come on, nor would it tell me to proceed. Aaron promptly made out a return label and said I'd get a replacement Kami Doorbell Camera within 5-7 work days. He did a good job of listening to me and took care of my issue promptly.

Seamless integration

Ordered my system and received it in 3 days. Connection was seamless and easy. 1 of my 17 sensors would not connect so I decided to go to bed and resolve the issue in the morning. However, next day the sensor connected seamlessly. Wow,great system. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless security system integration.

We have been with cove for almost 2 years now and Had excellent service, then all of a sudden our panel Has lost communication. A new panel was supposed to have shipped 2 weeks ago. UPDATE: After hearing of our issue, Jessyl A customer service manager made contact with us and overnighted a new panel which did arrive as promised. Set up went well due to the service agent who walked us through setting it up. I'm sorry I made the mistake of hanging up before leaving her an excellent review. Our system is back up and online and we are very satified with Cove again. Thank you to all that helped to correct our issues.
