Very good experience didn’t have to wait more than a minute to talk to customer service. I had an issue with my door cam battery only lasting two or three days they address the problem right away. Let me know that it’s probably the battery I’m going to send me a replacement battery and I’ll send back the battery that’s not working. I’m very happy with the service and I’m very happy with the communication.
