Cove was easy to install and the Customer Service is amazing in responding any installation questions. I had an issue with a door sensor that was as defective and they immediately place a new order to replace the sensor.

10 times better 1/4 the costs

30 years ago I had a very sophisticated security installed. It was just for smoke and fire, 5 doors and 2 motion. Back then it cost several thousand dollors. 10 years ago it was updated. again, almost $2,000 for costs. The estimate to upgarde again (replace wired smoke detector) was almost $2,000. I installed a Cove system, added 5 low temp and water sesnors along with 7 smoke and heat sensors for around $500.00 Had fun installing. Monitoring is half the costs. Very happy PS the system was packed like Apple does. Impressed.

Camera problem.

Had an issue with all our cameras not being available. Called Tech Support and they took all if the info they needed from me and then a couple of days later the problem was resolved. All the cameras are functioning normally. Great job!
